Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School

Poepping, Stone, Bach & Associates, Inc. is providing the architectural services for the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School, Boonville, Missouri. These include the addition of a multipurpose building to the Parish school and selective renovation of the existing school structure.

Phases

1. Summer 2009 – Commence Phase 1 Construction
Demolish existing stage.
Construct new kitchen at former stage area.

Remodel the existing gym area into a lunch/commons area.
Demolish existing kitchen/dining area.
Construct pre-kindergarten classroom at former kitchen area.
Construct teacher’s lounge.

2. Commence Phase 2 Construction
Move 4th grade to existing pre-kindergarten classroom.
Move administrative offices to new teacher’s lounge.
Remodel main floor of school.
Move art class to new common area.
Move pre-kindergarten to new pre-kindergarten classroom.

3. Commence Phase 3 Construction
Construct new multi-purpose building.

4. Commence Phase IV Construction
Relocate computer and library to new mezzanine level.
Renovate 5th, 6th 7th, 8th and Title I room.
Renovate computer and library.

5. Commence Phase 5 Construction
Retrofit existing locker rooms for storage, etc.
Install elevator
Install new parking lot.
