PSBA has a well-deserved reputation:

We have also made a concerted effort to keep up with technological advancements in the field, and are now able to deliver state-of-the-art computer, internet and geographic information services.

We believe, first and foremost, in meeting the needs of our clients, and we are committed to providing the extra effort that will ensure client satisfaction.

PSBA has developed long term working relationships with numerous clients, from local civil and governmental agencies to businesses of all kinds.

We have been working with:

• the Illinois Department of Transportation for well over 20 years,
• the Iowa Department of Transportation for in excess of 15 years, and
• the Missouri Department of Transportation for over 9 years.

These projects include over 25 miles of four lane, divided highway and related structures.

We have also been providing engineering services for many cities, counties and townships in this area on an ongoing basis, including:

• the Illinois Capital Development Board for 27 years.
• the Quincy School District for over 28 years, completing some 225 projects for them since 1981, and
• the Federal Government - GSA, for whom we recently competed a 5 year contract.
