PSBA engineers provided a study of repair/rehabilitation/replacement options for the Ely Street Bridge, located over Bear Creek. After the City chose their course of action, it was determined that PSBA would also prepare bid specifications for the acquisition of a replacement superstructure which would carry Ely Street across Bear Creek. The City of Hannibal reviewed the Report completed by PSBA, and selected the Rehabilitation Option to be completed by the City Street Department. PSBA was on-call through Construction and identified areas which they recommended repairs. PSBA inspected the repairs, acted as the Owners Representative in selecting, acquiring, and inspecting the final product and gave a recommendation for any posting or limitation deemed necessary to protect the existing sub-structure.
