A 300’ x 300’ concrete pad was also constructed to be utilized in the skills testing portion of the examination. In addition, a separate 1,800 sq. ft. pre-trip inspection building was built. Both buildings utilize energy efficient LED lighting, and meet the 2009 IBC, NEC, IFC, IECC and 2010 ADA Code requirements. Other items included: storm water detention, motorcycle testing facility, erosion control, and a storage building for the grounds crew.

PSBA provided architectural, and Engineering services as well as surveying for the project.
